Dr. Ronald Schultz, "What Everyone Needs to Know About Canine/Feline Vaccines" De The Pets Perspective (Kelly Bebak)

  • The Pets Perspective will be hosting a very important guest speaker on April 20, 2013...

Dr. Ronald Schultz is a Professor and Chair of the Pathobiological Sciences Department at University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine and Principal Investigator for the Rabies Challenge Fund.* Dr. Schultz is an internationally recognized expert in the field of canine (and feline) vaccines and regularly participates in international meetings and forums in this field. Check out these links for more information on Dr. Ronald Schultz:

This seminar/lecture will focus on "what everyone needs to know about canine and feline vaccines and vaccination programs." There will also be a good deal of discussion on the benefits of Titer Testing when considering re-vaccination.

*The Rabies Challenge Fund is an ongoing five and seven year challenge study to show that immunity from a rabies vaccine should last a minimum of seven years. That would essentially mean many less vaccines for your dog over his lifetime and less chance of any vaccine side effects. Check out this link for more information on the RCF: http://www.rabieschallengefund.org/.
